BLESSED TRINITY SCHOOL 1908 – 1975
Blessed Trinity School graduated its first class in 1909, consisting of six children. Over the years of its existence, more than 2,300 students were educated by the Sisters of St. Joseph at Blessed Trinity. The school closed in 1975. For additional information about the school, see our parish History elsewhere on this site.
In 2006, a reunion of graduates was held with over four hundred fifty people in attendance. Responding to the success of that reunion, an alumni committee has continued to keep an updated list of graduates that now includes contact information for more than five hundred alumni.
Following the 2006 Reunion, it was suggested that the alumni meet annually at Blessed Trinity for a Mass in memory of all deceased graduates, and the first Memorial Mass was celebrated in 2007. The tradition continued through October 6, 2019. The COVID-19 pandemic forced cancellation of the gathering in 2020, but the joyful tradition continues on Sunday, September 24, 2023, beginning with Mass at 10am. A “hard copy” newsletter with complete details will be mailed in early August to alumni and friends on the Alumni Committee’s mailing list. In the interim, additional information will be posted on this page and on the Blessed Trinity School Alumni Facebook page.
We encourage all alumni to keep the committee advised of your latest contact information, including e-mail addresses. Please help us reach additional graduates by providing contact information for them or putting them in touch with us. You may reach us by using the contact form below. Referencing “School Alumni” at the beginning of your message will help speed the process.
HELP WANTED
The alumni committee is an all-volunteer group, composed primarily of graduates from the 1950s. Although we do maintain a database of more than 500 graduates, we are entirely dependent on former students to supply us with up-to-date contact information for themselves and their classmates. We are especially in need of information for graduates from the 1960s and 1970s.
Can you help us by acting as a representative of your class? If so, we would provide you with whatever contact information we have for your classmates. In return, we would ask that you contact them and work together to locate additional class members to supplement our database.
Be assured that the alumni committee uses such information solely for purposes of keeping graduates of Blessed Trinity in touch with each other and the Catholic community at Blessed Trinity Church. We do not share or sell this information for other purposes.
