Eucharistic Ministers

Members of the congregation assist in the distribution of the Holy Eucharist at Mass and in visits to the home-bound and those in senior care facilities. Training is required and will be provided.

Ministers of the Word

Members of the congregation serve as lectors, reading the Scriptures at weekend Masses and during special liturgies. Training is required and will be provided.

Music Ministry

The parish has a volunteer adult choir that sings at the 10 a.m. Sunday Liturgy (from mid-September through the Feast of Corpus Christi), Holy Week services and the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Masses. Rehearsals are held weekly from September through May. Music at the 4:30 p.m. Saturday Liturgy is provided by our Music Director and cantor, Elizabeth Clay. For a rehearsal schedule and information about joining the choir, leave a message for Mrs. Clay using the “Contact” form below or call the church office, 716-833-0301.

Pastoral Outreach

Our Parish Administrator will visit home-bound parishioners and those who are hospitalized or living in senior care facilities upon request. Family members are encouraged to contact the rectory at 716-833-0301 in the event of a parishioner’s illness, hospitalization or admission to a long-term care facility.

Sacristans

Volunteers are needed to care for the sanctuary and sacristy and perform light cleaning in the church. If you are in a position to contribute several hours weekly or every other week, please let us know by using the “Contact” form below or call the church office, 716-833-0301.

Ushers

Invite congregants to serve as gift bearers for the Offertory procession, take up the collection, direct people from their pews at Communion time and distribute the church bulletin at the end of Mass.
