The Camerata di Sant’ Antonio Chamber Orchestra
Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 3 p.m.
Admission: $20.00; free for ages 17 and under

On Sunday, October 8, at 3 p.m., the Camerata di Sant’ Antonio brings the beautiful music of their chamber orchestra to our beautiful space. In recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, they will perform Manuel Ponce’s Concierto del Sur for Guitar and Orchestra with soloist Ricardo Saeb. The program also includes Symphony #1 in G by Joseph Bologne Chevalier de St. Georg, known as “the Black Mozart,” and Douglas Oven’s Largo for Violin & Strings. Founded in 2002, the Camerata—which includes members of the BPO— seeks to present concerts that preserve and celebrate the cultural heritage of our community, featuring premier works in every performance. Concert goers are also invited to a post-concert reception in St. Charles Hall, behind the church.

Our Landmark Church, located at 317 Leroy Avenue, Buffalo, NY, is wheelchair accessible with ample off-street parking.
